2 PA CE & PA CLE Credit Course
Description
This 2 CE/CLE credit course will examine how we often act in an escrow capacity to hold OPM [“other people’s money”]. We hold pre-closing deposits and post-closing escrows. We entered into deposit and escrow agreements. It is critical for the agent to be protected and to execute best practices. Attendees will learn what protections they should make sure are part of every escrow agreement. Sample Agreement forms to be provided.
