2 CE/CLE credit course will examine, whether you are a new or seasoned title agent, learning about title insurance and the challenges facing the title industry today including the upcoming TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule listing the Owner’s title policy as “Optional”. In addition, we will take a deep dive into the title insurance commitment: What it is and why we issue it.
