Do you know what RULONA stands for? Marc L. Aronson, President of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries will help you to navigate RULONA. Mr. Aronson was an active participant as an official observer of a drafting committee of the Uniform Law Commission (ULC). The resulting work, entitled the Unifrom Real Property Electronic Recording Act (URPERA) has been adopted by a number of states. He also initiated the ULC uniform law, the Revised Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA). This video was recorded in 2014 at the PLTA Annual Convention.
