"Tales from the Dark Side of Title" is the more apt description of this two-hour course. Highlighted case studies will illuminate forgery, fraud, land flips and good vs. bad funds. Special attention will also be given to special risks, such as those involving illiterate persons, non-English-speaking parties and legal authority. This course is accredited for NJ CE credits.
