Description
This course will explain the details of commercial closings to title insurance agents who currently do residential closings but would like to do commercial work. The ultimate purpose of the seminar is to take the fear factor out of commercial transactions. The commercial process vs. the residential process will be explained citing the differences and the similarities. The commercial insurance product vs. the title insurance residential policy will be detailed. This course is accredited for NJ CE credits.
