Do I have to watch the entire video?
Yes, you must view the video in its entirety before you can complete the exam. The administrator will receive a report that records the time the video was watched. The video must be viewed in it's entirely or we can not submit the credits.

Why do I have to take an exam?
In order to receive credit for an online course, the PA Department of Insurance requires the student to take a proctored examination. If you have listened to the information in the video you should easily pass the exam!

When will I know if I passed?
Your completed test will be instantly graded online, providing immediate feedback.

How do I receive my credits?
Once you have completed the course and passed the exam, you will receive an email with links to download the appropriate affidavit(s) and requests for CLE, if applicable.  These forms are also available in the "Resources" section of the course.  Complete the required forms and return them to the PLTI office to have your credits filed.   We can not process your credits without these forms. 

Where to I send my completed forms?
You can return your forms to PLTI by fax 610-265-5998 or email info@plti.org to have your credits processed.

Are courses refundable?
Course purchases are refundable within 7 days of the first day of access.  Any course is not refundable if more than 10% of the course or product  has been accessed.
